Road freight transport methodology – 2025 revised edition

This manual provides guidance to Member States, EFTA countries, candidate countries and potential candidates on producing road freight transport statistics based on Regulation (EU) No 70/2012. It covers the design of sample surveys; definitions of variables to be collected; data file structure; and data processing and dissemination by Eurostat.
