Compilers’ Manual for the data collection, AMMR (Asylum and Migration Management Regulation) statistics, Version 1.0 – June 2026 edition
This manual provides guidance to compilers of the European statistics on asylum and migration management, specifically in the area of statistics collected under Regulation (EU) 2024/1351 (Asylum and Migration Management Regulation — AMMR). It is intended as a practical reference document for national authorities responsible for compiling and reporting AMMR data from 12 June 2026 onwards, replacing the previous Dublin III compilers manual. The manual includes methodological guidance, definitions, reporting conventions, validation rules and practical instructions for the preparation and transmission of statistics to Eurostat.
