The purpose of this publication is to provide detailed information on the EuroGroups Register (EGR) process, including data delivery, key methodological notes, validation and quality assessment procedures. It serves as a practical reference for national statistical institutes involved in EGR data exchange and for users of EGR microdata or aggregated statistics, in line with Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
